Since 1998 PACE has been inspiring health behaviour change.

Our core services include chronic disease management (diabetes, heart disease, arthritis etc), health & wellbeing services (exercise and lifestyle change) and rehabilitation (pre/post surgery, work and motor vehicle accidents).

Through direct analysis, planning, and from regular staff survey results, we have worked hard to develop the PACE Team First Philosophy (TFP).
