Who is suitable?

Job seekers who have become de-conditioned through lack of employment and / or injury. And job seekers who are unsure about their capacity to work.

What is the aim?

To address physical, functional and lifestyle related issues preventing job seekers returning to work.

What does the service involve?

This service will help job seekers to:

  • establish a routine and to set achievable goals
  • create and maintain a structured physical enhancement program with the goal of increased work capacity
  • increase commitment to physical activity, and empower then with self-confidence and motivation
