What sets us apart from mainstream Personal Trainers are our qualifications. Whilst the minimum requirement to become a Personal Trainer in Australia is Certificate IV in Fitness which takes approximately 6 months to obtain ,here at PACE ALL team members have tertiary level qualifications in Exercise Science (Exercise Specialists), and many have completed Masters
Degrees in Exercise Prescription/Rehabilitation (Exercise Physiologists).

When you train with our team, you can be assured of recieving the highest level of clinical expertise to ensure you are doing the most effective exercises for your body with correct technique to ensure you get the results you're after.
