People
What sets us apart from mainstream Personal Trainers are our qualifications. Whilst the minimum requirement to become a personal trainer in Australia is Certificate IV in Fitness which takes approximately 6 months to obtain, here at PACE ALL team members have tertiary level qualifications in Exercise Science. Combine this with post graduate study in Exercise Rehabilitation and our group is far from consistent with your average trainer!
All PACE staff are members of Exercise Sports Science Australia the governing body of sports scientists.
