Pace Health management

People

What sets us apart from mainstream Personal Trainers are our qualifications. Whilst the minimum requirement to become a personal trainer in Australia is Certificate IV in Fitness which takes approximately 6 months to obtain, here at PACE ALL team members have tertiary level qualifications in Exercise Science. Combine this with post graduate study in Exercise Rehabilitation and our group is far from consistent with your average trainer!

All PACE staff are members of the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science the governing body of sports scientists.

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement (Sports Coaching & Administration), at Deakin Burwood in 1997. Operating initially as a trainer and then within a studio environment, Ryan honed his skills and became a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Upon completion of this course, and with his four years of practical experience, Ryan became eligible to fulfill the requirements to become a Work Cover provider for Exercise Physiology services.
