Paediatric Services
PACE Is a Leader in Paediatric Services
Paediatric services at PACE are delivered through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model designed to support children and families across both clinic and community settings. With flexible access to care, our team provides support where it’s needed most - whether in-home, in-clinic, or within the wider community.
Our clinicians follow best practice guidelines and use proactive, client-centred treatment approaches to achieve meaningful outcomes. Every plan is tailored to the individual, ensuring therapy is purposeful, practical and aligned with each child’s developmental goals.
With a large and highly specialised team of paediatric-focused clinicians, we offer comprehensive expertise across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Dietetics. Our team is experienced in detailed report writing for NDIS funding and supports families across a broad geographical area.
By working together, we deliver coordinated, high-quality, wrap-around care that helps children thrive in all environments - at home, at school, and in their communities.
We welcome clients from all funding streams, including private clients, those with a Medicare referral, and participants under the NDIS. A referral is not required to access our services.

Each client’s journey varies depending on the service discipline, whether appointments occur in the clinic or community, and the individual needs of the child or family.
1. Referral or Enquiry
Referrals can be made via our website form or by calling 1300 024 330.
The website form is preferred for direct referrals from Support Coordinators (NDIS-funded).
We also accept private referrals, paediatrician referrals and general enquiries.
2. Initial Contact
A member of our team will complete an initial phone interview to understand the child’s needs and gather background information.
3. Parent or Carer Interview
A more detailed conversation follows to explore concerns, goals and relevant history.
4. Initial Assessment
The clinician completes a comprehensive assessment using standardised tools and observations.
5. Therapy Plan Development
Based on assessment findings, a tailored therapy plan is created to support the child’s goals and developmental needs.
6. Ongoing Sessions & Review
Therapy sessions may include hands-on activities, parent coaching and strategies for home or school. Progress is reviewed regularly using standardised measures, and goals are updated as the child develops.
