OUR CAPACITY PROFILING & TESTING PROGRAMS
Job Task Analysis (JTA)
A Job Task Analysis (JTA) is the bible for any role within a business.
Supported by a position description, a comprehensive JTA should enable businesses to recruit employees who have the tools and strategies to deal with all aspects encompassing a role.
At PACE Health Management we believe that our JTA framework provides a thorough yet succinct overview of a specific role backed by internationally recognised research. We have had our framework independently evaluated by key professionals within the health sector to ensure its validity and application to real world scenarios.
Pre-Employment Functional
Screenings (PEFs)
Pre-employment Functional Screenings (PEFs) assist workplaces find suitable candidates that can fulfil workplace demands.
We measure the specific, physiological capacity of applicants in relation to the physiological demands of the position being applied for.
We believe that a blanket approach is flawed and does not appropriately measure an applicant’s capacity for a specific role as it leads to poor reliability and validity of results.
Rather, we create individual screening protocols for each and every role within a business to ensure both the organisation and the applicant receive the highest possible data.
Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) provides a capacity profile of an individual’s functional capabilities and limitations.
It is utilised by referring organisations to correlate current measured capacity with the demands of suitable alternate vocational options, a return to their current or previous option or as a measure of rehabilitation progression.
An FCE tests a comprehensive range of activities, which include: work fitness, agility, body awareness, effect of pain, loads, upper and lower body abilities, perception of effort, heart rate, movement techniques, and the interaction of these parameters across a broad range of activities.
