About the Service
Our adult services take a collaborative, client-centred approach to support individuals in achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes. We focus on understanding each person’s unique goals, strengths, and challenges, and tailor therapy to suit their individual needs and life circumstances.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches, sessions may incorporate psychodynamic psychotherapy and schema therapy to explore underlying patterns, build insight, and support long-term change. We aim to create a safe, respectful space where clients can work through complex experiences and develop practical strategies to improve wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning.
