Q3 2026 Highlights

Growing Workplace Partnerships Across the Region

We're excited to share standout moments from Q3 as PACE Workplace Health continues to build strong partnerships and deliver meaningful results for organisations across the region.

Capacity Profiling
New partnership launch

We launched capacity profiling services for the City of Casey this quarter, including pre-employment assessments, fitness for duty evaluations, and functional capacity evaluations — boosting workplace readiness and safety across the organisation.

Manual Handling
Training and evaluation

Our team delivered hazardous manual handling evaluations for Knox Council's Community Care Department, and ran Backfit (manual handling) training with Programmed, Knox Council, and the City of Kingston.

Ergonomics & Early Intervention Keeping teams healthy and supported

We brought ergonomic assessments to MSAC and Hume City Council, and rolled out early intervention programs with Australia Post and City of Casey employees.

Work Conditioning & Job Task Analysis
Targeted programs, broad reach

School Crossing Supervisors at Bayside City Council benefited from targeted work conditioning programs. Job task analysis services continue to be in high demand, with recent work completed at:

  • Mornington Peninsula Shire

  • Hume City Council

  • Yarra Council

  • Brimbank Council

  • City of Casey

  • City of Boroondara

Further Job Task Analysis engagements are currently in discussion for completion in Q4.
