PACE Mentorship Program

About the Mentorship Program

The PACE Mentorship Program is designed to help clinicians build confidence in their practice, particularly when working with more complex clients.

It is based on the same internal training framework we use across our clinics, with a strong focus on bridging the gap between what you learn academically and what actually happens in the real world.

Rather than just focusing on what to prescribe, the program is built around helping you understand:

  • Why you are prescribing it

  • How to communicate it clearly to clients

  • How to adapt your approach when things do not go to plan

The sessions combine structured learning, real case discussions, and mentorship support, so you can apply what you are learning straight away in your own practice.
