We’re encouraging all Australians to Move More and Age Better!
Everyone should exercise regularly throughout all stages of life.
Regular physical activity helps to maintain independence and quality of life, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and improves mood and mental health!
During the campaign, there will be free events, competitions and resources to help every Australian, regardless of age, to Exercise Right.
