OUR HEALTH & WELLBEING PROGRAMS
Team Health Checks
Team Health Checks are designed to provide participants with an overview of their current health & wellbeing.
Participants leave with a report card of their scores, and an understanding of their risk factors for Type 2 Diabetes, Stroke & Cardiovascular Disease and a personal action plan.
At the completion of Team Health Checks, a de-identified executive summary will be provided to your organisation to provide a snapshot of the overall health of your workforce and identify any areas
of high risk.
PACE Occupational Health will work with you to provide strategies to address these areas of high risk to help improve the health & wellness of your workforce, whilst also decreasing potential future issues and costs of an unhealthy workforce.
Wellness Workshops
Our wellness workshops are targeted to improve employees' understanding of health and wellbeing strategies with the end goal of promoting and supporting a healthier happier workforce.
Delivered by our allied health team of exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, dietitian’s and psychologists, each workshop can be specifically tailored to meet organisational objectives and can be delivered via face to face, virtually or via video creation.

Onsite Consultations

We offer onsite consultations tailored to meet individual needs.
Delivered by our expert exercise physiologists and dietitian’s, these one-on-one sessions provide employees with dedicated time to discuss their unique health habits, concerns, and goals.
Together, they can develop a structured action plan focused on improvement, modification, and goal achievement, fostering a supportive environment for lasting health changes.
